Mid week we welcomed UniCare/Wellpoint and their guests to the Lodge. With puffing winds and jacked up conditions, we dug in managing full limits of Redfish and oversized fish for the two days we fished including some decent catch and release action. Wendi rolled out the boiled shrimp appetizers and her famous Rib Eyes the first night. Capping some great action on the water, the crew wanted to “taste their catch”. Wendi set the hook with her “signature Blackened Redfish with a boiled shrimp/lump crab meat and oyster Ponchartrain Sauce. It was “to live for”.
